We went to the Holly Jolly Holiday Party at Interactive Neighborhood for Kids (INK). INK is an interactive Children’s Museum where the kids role-play and learn through hands-on experiences.
We started the night off doing some Christmas crafts:
painting an ornament, making a picture frame, and coloring a bracelet.
Then we had Christmas cookies with milk and hung out with Santa Squirt.
They even had a Christmas Shop where they got to buy
and help wrap presents for their siblings.
In the post office area, we got to write letters to Santa,
and then we got to hand-deliver them to Santa himself!
They even did a cake walk! Lou, I, and her best friend all won a round,
so we got a cupcake. I gave mine to Lee when I home though.
After they did all the Christmas activities, it was time to play in some of our favorite exhibits in the museum. INK has some really unique exhibits such as: Grandpappy Airlines, Medical Clinic, Pinnacle Bank, and the Vet.
It was an incredible event that the kids LOVED! I appreciate that we found something on their level, especially since so many things we do in the holiday season require the littles to sit down, be still, and quiet,
which doesn’t seem to get them in the Christmas Spirit.
If you would like to see all the fun they had, here is the link to the video:

Also, if you get a chance to visit this museum, you definitely should, and we would love to hear about your experience. And if you have a suggestion for another Children’s Museum we should visit, please share!
As always, thanks for being part of our crazy! Until next time…
